The Hopper – Healthier Moms and Babies
Receive free diapers at our Start Smart event! Healthier Moms and Babies is bringing their mobile outreach unit, preregistration is required. Reserve your free diapers for pickup: July 25 or August 1.
IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION:
- Super Shot is offering all school required and recommended vaccines for children ages 4–18 years old.
- Must present insurance card if insured. There is a $15 administration fee. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
