Understanding Trust and How To Answer Any Question

To continue to build trust in vaccines, Super Shot is welcoming Todd Wolynn, MD, MMM and Chad Hermann, PhD ABD of the Trusted Messenger Program to Fort Wayne, IN, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. They will provide training on “Understanding Trust and How to Answer Any Question”.

Vaccine counseling has become an increasingly critical component of patient care. This event is for any healthcare or clinical worker

What you’ll learn:

  • Evidence-based communication strategies
  • How to respond to patient questions, concerns, and hesitancy
  • Methods to strengthen provider-patient trust

This event is an extension of the "Back the Science. Broadcast the Facts." campaign. In early 2025, local healthcare providers partnered to create a PSA to combat the confusion caused by recent childhood vaccine recommendations from HHS and the CDC.
