School Vaccine Clinics

Scheduling a school clinic with Super Shot is straightforward and we do it all, whether you need a flu clinic, a compliance clinic, or both.

Here's what you can expect once your clinic is scheduled:

Before the clinic: Our team will provide everything you need to communicate the clinic to families — including consent forms, informational flyers, and vaccine requirement checklists. We handle the preparation so your staff doesn't have to.

Day of the clinic: Super Shot staff will arrive with all necessary supplies, vaccines, and documentation materials. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to your school day and coordinate closely with your nurse or designated point of contact throughout the visit.

After the clinic: We provide complete vaccination records for your files and follow up on any students who may need additional doses to reach full compliance. You'll have everything you need for reporting purposes.

Following each clinic, Super Shot will provide complete vaccination records formatted to meet Indiana school immunization reporting requirements, including vaccines administered, dates, and lot numbers.
