Start Smart: Back-to-school vaccines made easy
A new school year is right around the corner and Super Shot wants to make sure every child in our community is ready to walk through those doors healthy, protected, and set up for success.
Join us for Start Smart, our back-to-school vaccine event at Super Shot Hobson Road on July 23 & 30 from 4–7 PM. We're offering all school-required and recommended vaccines for children ages 4–18.
What to Know Before You Come
- Appointments highly recommended. Walk ins available as capacity allows.
- Vaccines available for children ages 4–18 years old
- All school-required and recommended vaccines offered
- Please bring your insurance card if insured; a $15 administration fee applies to uninsured/underinsured
- No one will be turned away for inability to pay
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

What's Included
Back-to-School Vaccines
All school-required and recommended vaccines for children ages 4–18. Walk in, get protected, and start the year ready.
Free Backpacks & School Supplies
The first 100 children who receive their back-to-school shots will go home with a free backpack filled with school supplies. Don't wait to register— these go fast!
Free Pizza
Fuel up before or after shots with free pizza for the whole family.
Community Partner Fair
Connect with local organizations and resources that support families across Allen County.
Fire Truck Experience
Meet the Fort Wayne Fire Department up close! Kids can explore a real fire truck — a highlight for the little ones in the family.
Registration
There are two dates to choose from. Registering ahead of time is highly recommended to reserve your spot. Walk in appointments are only available as capacity allows.
