SUPER SHOT RECEIVES SIGNIFICANT HEALTH FIRST ALLEN COUNTY GRANT TO ADVANCE VACCINATION INITIATIVES
On December 18, 2023, Super Shot, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN, was awarded a $200,000 grant from the Allen County Department of Health as part of the Health First Allen County program. This collaborative state and local initiative aims to enhance core public health services through community partnerships. The grant will support Super Shot in expanding access to adult and childhood immunizations within the community.
Administration Fee
As of January 1st, 2024, the administration fee for uninsured/underinsured patients is $15 per vaccine.
However, financial assistance is available. We turn no one away for inability to pay.
